A Running Experience Club
A Running Experience Club is a year-round 501(c)3 not-for-profit Long Beach running club. It provides a safe and fun environment for athletes of all ages and abilities. From mid-May through mid-October we conduct half and full marathon training on Saturdays at 7:00am from Joe’s Crab Shack geared towards the Long Beach Marathon
events.
From November through April, we run beautiful trail runs on Saturdays, carpooling at 7:00am from Joe’s Crab Shack. For a fun/social run we also offer 3 and 5 mile routes every Wednesday at 6:30pm from Buster’s Beach House in the Alamitos Bay Landing. Sole Runners
Sole Runners Full and Half Marathon Training Programs use ChiRunning® and Yoga to
help you train injury-free. The Sole Runners will teach you efficient running form, post run conditioning, mental strength and the motivation of group training. We meet every Saturday in Long Beach. Break The Tape Training
If you are a serious runner, and are looking for a training program that is geared to more than just finishing the race, Break the Tape Training is the system for you. Led by award winning coach, John Goldman, you will get individual attention and a training system specifically designed to dramatically improve your performance. Team Runners High
Membership in Team Runners High is open to anyone 18 years of age and over. Annual dues of $25 are due by February 28 of each year. Benefits include a TRH racing singlet or t-shirt, a quarterly member profile and race results, weekly newsletter, Christmas pizza party and team workouts.
